Food Products:
Sainsbury’s Prepared Side Salad (Mediterranean) 245g
– with red pepper, cherry tomatoes & black olives.
Iceberg Lettuce (40%), White Cabbage (17%), Cucumber (14%), Red Pepper (10%), Whole Pomodorino Tomatoes (8%), Sliced Black Olives (7%) (with Stabilser: Ferrous Gluconate), Red Onion (4%).
Preparation: Washed and ready to eat. Serves 1-2.
4 slices of Toast (Hovis Wholemeal Bread) all buttered lightly.
– 2 of which lathered lightly with marmite yeast extract.
2 Sandwiches consisting of Kingsmill Gold happy wholemeal bread slices spread with a lower cholesterol pro-activ Flora spread & a filling containing Branston Pickle & grated Double Gloucester cheese, with a splodge of Heinz Tomato Ketchup on one of them.

1 & a half mugs of Kenco filter coffee with a splash of milk & 2 canderel tablets in each mug.
Half a carton (approx 500ml) of Five Alive of the Berry Blast Variety.
2x 330ml Cans of Five Alive of the Citrus Burst Variety.

    Vegetarianism is for suckers. Like jobs. And, uh, money… crap.
